Stretch, Release and Unwind (4 week course)
A 4 week treat for your body and mind, this class allows you to ease your muscles into some gentle stretches, release your joints with some simple massaging movement, and relax every bit of you with some guided relaxation to finish. Switch off and switch in.
Nothing is forced making it suitable for everyone as modifications and options can be given.
You might be looking for a way to build stretching and relaxation in with your other activities, perhaps your current yoga or pilates class is taking a summer break, or you simply fancy some summer stretching, releasing and unwinding :-)
