The pelvic floor is designed to be a well coordinated group of muscles and tissues that provide us with stability, support and connection.
This efficient coordination can be affected by many things including posture, movement habits, child birth and illness, leading to various issues with our pelvic floor's function.
This 90 minute workshop will give an insight to how we may or may not be helping our pelvic floor function to the best of its ability, and how traditional 'lift and squeeze' cues or labelling the floor as 'weak' may not be working as well for us as we once thought.
You will learn simple, yet effective, movements that you can carry out yourself to bring connection and balance back to this powerful part of your body.
Importantly, you will leave empowered and inspired to improve your pelvic floor fitness

What people are saying about this workshop:
"Thoroughly enjoyed the course, you create a lovely relaxed atmosphere and present the facts in a logical way.
Quite an eye opener for me"
"Keep on doing what you're doing, it's awesome!"
"I just wanted to say how well my pelvic floor is feeling after the workshop. It feels 'intelligent and trustworthy' after just a couple of days. I have to say the oops moments and urge incontinence were getting me down. Now, in just a couple of days, I've been able to go out, feeling confident, without the tena lady pads. Thank you so much"
"Experiencing your workshops is always for me this experience of being amazed at how simply, yet in-depth, engaging, clear and non-threatening something can be put. Thank you!"
