This class is for anyone who can run for at least 15 minutes continuously and who is looking to improve their running fitness and enhance their own running sessions.
The session varies each week and aims to build your overall running endurance and strength, and introduce manageable intervals to help you increase your speed. If appropriate and of interest to the group we look at running technique and form.
The content will be created so that each person can work to their current capabilities while being challenged to push out of their comfort zone (so they become capable of more!). Your coach is available for any running questions you have, or advice needed.
