Healthy Happy Hips
A workshop of two halves
This is a 2 part workshop giving you the choice to attend one or both sessions as your hips feel inclined.
In the first session we'll consider the hip's function and how you can increase your range of movement, strength and stability with functional and pilates exercises.
The second half will be more experiential, based around yin and slow flowing yoga, and aimed at bringing awareness and connection to your hips and their stability.
Suitable for anyone with hips :-)
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served between sessions
