A workshop of two halves
This is a 2 part workshop giving you the choice to attend one or both sessions as your shoulders feel inclined.
In the first session we'll consider the shoulder's anatomy and function and how shoulders may become stiff, tense and restricted. Importantly, we will then use functional and pilates movements to help you free up your shoulders, connect, stabilise and strengthen them.
The second half will be experiential and chillaxing, based around yin and slow flowing yoga. It is aimed at bringing ease of movement, release and connection to your shoulders.
Suitable for anyone with shoulders :-)
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served between sessions
